There was a time (not so long ago) when I swore off photographing children….because let’s face the facts, it just ain’t easy. BUT after having my third baby this past February, something inside changed and I began to enjoy photographing babies and little ones….maybe it’s the fact that I like a good challenge but mostly it’s because every mom and dad NEED to have beautiful pictures of their little ones because they grow up entirely way TOO fast. So I was super pumped when I was asked to take pictures of two beautiful little cousins. (Skylar is 2 and Madisyn is 1) They showed up to their session with a full entourage (like all cool little girls have) and a van full of amazing props. We loaded into two golf carts and went exploring down some country paths in Littleton, NC on my father in law’s beautiful property. I can honestly say, without hesitation, that these two little girls are loved beyond measure and they are sweeter than grandma’s sweet tea. Here are just a few of my favorites from their session…….
