Meet Brittany and Jeremy. These two have an AMAZING love story. Seriously, the first time AND second time I heard it, I got chills both times. It all starts with Brittany’s grandma who was in need of outpatient services at one of the local hospitals, she had been suffering from cancer and her memory was fading fast. Her grandma kept telling her that she had met the perfect guy for her and EVEN said it was the guy she was going to marry.She kept saying that he had dark hair, is super handsome and his name is Jeremy. Even her grandpa went so far as to find out more about this special guy. It turns out, Jeremy, is a nuclear technologist at the hospital and he had done several different tests on her sweet grandma. Of course, Brittany laughed it off at first but when grandma wouldn’t let up and kept mentioning him (all the while with her memory fading and forgetting important things and family members), she decided to take her seriously and try and track this guy down. The rest is history…..an amazing 1st chapter in their love story.

For their engagement shoot, We met up at Outdoor World on the beautiful Lake Gaston. They took me to the sandy spot where he proposed with a love note and bottle in the sand. (You’ll see this bottle in the pictures below with the scripture of Mark 10:9, which reads “Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate. “) I’d have to say there was a healthy dose of divine intervention AND a grandma’s will to have her granddaughter settled down with the right man 🙂 This was totally 100% a God thing…and grandma is surely smiling down from heaven at this two. They will be getting married May 2015 and I get the amazing honor of documenting their special day! I cannot wait! Enjoy some of my favorites from their session below…..
