What happens when your very best friend since 2nd grade has a baby 9 days after you? You pack up your newborn, 19 month old, 8 year old and husband and hit the road. There might be a little under 200 miles separating us but nothing was going to stop me from getting in the car AND bringing my camera along to document the sweetness. You see, best friends like that don’t come along but once or twice in a lifetime and I’ve been blessed for 21 years to call her my bff. Copelan G. Smith entered into the world on February 12th (one day shy of his mom’s birthday) and weighing a whopping 9 lbs. Stephanie and Brian settled into the role of parents like they’d been doing it for years. They are amazing parents and I can’t wait to watch little Copelan grow! It’s times like these that I am forever thankful for photography and being able to capture these sweet moments for friends and family. Enjoy my favorites below….
